Frisch gemahlenes Dinkelmehl Type 630. Nur qualitativ hochwertige Dinkelkörner der alten Sorte "Frankenkorn" wird hier zu Dinkelmehl Type 630 vermahlen. Es ist ein helles Mehl, welches sich hervorragend zu Plätzchen, Gebäck, Kuchen oder auch zu hellem Brot oder Brötchen verarbeiten lässt.
Zudem ist es ideal bei einer Weizenunverträglichkeit.

Auch Hildegard von Bingen lobte den Dinkel für seine Bekömmlichkeit und seiner vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Mit dem leicht nussigen Geschmack ist Dinkel wunderbar für allerlei Speisen geeignet.

Das Mehl wird nach Familientradition hergestellt. Hierbei wird das sogenannte Kurzhochmahlverfahren angewandt. Es ermöglicht einen kühlen Mahlvorgang, sodass die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe erhalten bleiben. Zudem werden dem Mehl keinerlei Enzyme, Konservierungs- oder sonstige Mehlbehandlungsmittel zugesetzt. Lagern Sie das Mehl daher immer kühl, dunkel und trocken.

Unser Mehl wird noch liebevoll mit der Hand abgefüllt und zugenäht. Jede Tüte ist damit ein absolutes Unikat.
