Sind Sie auf der Suche nach einer schmackhaften Backmischung? Und die auch noch leicht und schnell gebacken werden kann? Dann probieren Sie doch mal unsere leckere Dinkelbrotbackmischung mit hellem Dinkelmehl und ohne viel Schnick-Schnack.
Bei Bedarf geben Sie beispielsweise noch Sonnenblumenkerne, Haferflocken, Walnüsse oder ähliches zum Teig. Wenn Sie es herzhaft mögen, können Sie auch Speck und Zwiebeln in den Teig geben.

Für unsere Fertigbackmischung benötigen Sie nur noch lauwarmes Wasser!Ideal auch für Brotbackautomaten!

Das Mehl wird nach alter Familientradition in unserer kleinen Mühle hergestellt, wie zu Oma's Zeiten.

Unsere Produkte werden liebevoll hergestellt und verpackt. Hierzu werden alle Tüten einzeln von uns beklebt, per Hand gefüllt und zugenäht. Ein absolutes Unikat.
