Produktinformationen "Dinkel Walnussbrot Backmischung (550g)"

Wer liebt Nussbrote genauso wie wir? Die Mischung aus naturbelassenem Dinkelmehl verfeinert mit Walnüssen und Dinkelvollkornsauerteig ergibt ein besonders aromatisches Brot. Die Mehle sind absolut naturbelassen und auch sonst setzen wir keine Zusätze und keine Enzyme ein. 

Zur Backmischung muss lediglich lauwarmes Wasser hinzugegeben werden. Die Gehzeit beträgt ca. 1,5-2 Stunden. Für eine bessere Bekömmlichkeit kann der Teig auch über Nacht im Kühlschrank gelagert werden. 

Für die Dinkel Walnussbrot Backmischung wird eine Backform (25cm lang) benötigt.
