Unser Mühlenbrot ist eine kernige und aromatische Backmischung. Als besonderes Gewürz haben wir Brotklee hinzugefügt. Das gibt dem Brot ein wunderbares Aroma, passend zu dem kernigen Backschrot und den Saaten. 

Für die Backmischung benötigen Sie lediglich 500ml Kefir oder Buttermilch und eine 25cm große Backform. Zum Vermengen genügt ein großer Löffel oder ein Teigrührer.
