Produktinformationen "Pizzateig (Dinkel)"

Eine zart knusprige Pizza frisch aus dem Ofen ist einfach herrlich. Mit unserer Dinkel Pizzateig-Backmischung zaubern Sie ganz einfach eine leckere Pizza. Besonders für Weizenallergiker ist diese Backmischung geeignet, da wir diese mit Dinkelmehl herstellen. Unseren Dinkel beziehen wir dabei aus Wuppertal und damit aus der Region. Zudem verwenden wir ausschließlich die alte und ungekreuzte Sorte "Franckenkorn".

Zu der Backmischung müssen lediglich noch 250ml lauwarmes Wasser, 1TL Zucker ("Nahrung" für die Hefe, Zucker kann ggf. auch weggelassen werden - der Gährvorgang kann dann ggf. länger dauern) sowie 1 TL Olivenöl.

Je nach gewünschte Teigdicke reicht der Inhalt für 1-2 Backbleche.
