Glutenfreies Schwarzbrot das wirklich schmeckt! Wir haben die Backmischung selbst probiert und gebacken. Das glutenfreie Schwarzbrot ist würzig aromatisch und auch luftig locker. Zu der Backmischung brauchen Sie lediglich Wasser und etwas Hefe (Frischhefe oder Trockenhefe) hinzugeben.

Zusätzlich finden Sie auch noch ein schönes Rezept für "Müsli Stangen" auf der Verpackung.

Das Bauckhof Schwarzbrot ist geeignet zur glutenfreien Ernährung bei Zöliakie und Sprue.
