Produktinformationen "Grega's Sommerblütenhonig (250g)"

Der Sommerblütenhonig aus Gregas Imkerei besitzt eine cremige Konsistenz und eine wohlschmeckendes Aroma. Seine Farbe erhält der Honig von allen Sommertrachten. Angefangen von der Linde, Akazie, Klee bis hin zum Springkraut. Grundsätzlich wird der Honig nicht erhitzt oder filtriert, sondern nur gesiebt und streichzart gerührt. Dadurch bleiben alle gesunden Inhalsstoffe wie Pollen, Vitamine, Entzyme vollständig erhalten. Der Honig stammt aus dem Bergischen Land: Engelskirchen, Overath, Untereschbach, Bergisch Gladbach und Köln. 

Geerntet wird er im: Juli/August

Grega's Imkerei hat ihren Sitz in Engelskirchen und ist damit nicht weit von unserer Mühle entfernt. So wollen wir regionale Produkte unterstützen. 

Ausschließlich Honig von Bienenvölkern der Imkerei Grega.
