Die Zubereitung für den schnelle Käsekuchen geht schnell und einfach. Zudem können Sie aus der Backmischung auch eine vegane Variante "zaubern". Die entsprechende Anleitung dafür finden Sie auf der Verpackung.

Die Packung enthält 295g Grundmischung für den Boden und 190g Grundmischung für den Belag. In der klassischen Variante mit Ei und Quark benötigen zusätzlich zur Backmischung noch folgende Produkte: 125g Butter, 4 Eier, 750g Quark, Saft 1/2 Zitrone

Ganz einfach lassen sich aus der Backmischung auch mehrere Variationen zaubern wie z.B. ein Schoko-Käsekuchen oder ein Apfel-Käsekuchen. (Nähere Angaben finden Sie auf der Verpackung).

Für den schnellen Käsekuchen verwendet der Bauckhof ausschließlich glutenfreie Haferflocken. Diese sind in Anbau, Transport und Verarbeitung frei von Verunreinigungen mit glutenhaltigem Getreide. Jede Charge wird auf Glutenfreiheit analysiert und ist garantiert <20ppm Gluten.
