MILCH REIS - Arborio (Bio) aus Italien, Piemont

Wie der Natur Reis auch, kommt der Milch Reis ebenfalls aus Italien (Piemont).
Der Milch Reis ist absolut sortenrein und stammt aus biologischem Anbau. Die Sorte Arborio ist ein Mittelkorn, dass sich wunderbabr für Milchreis eignet. Durch das verhältnismäßig große Korn, wird der Milchreis schön cremig und trotzdem bissfest.

Zubereitung (klassisch/ 2 Personen):

Geben Sie 0,5 Teetassen Reis in einen Kochtopf und fügen Sie die 5-fache Menge Milch (also 2,5 Teetassen) hinzu. Stellen Sie den Herd auf die höchste Hitzestufe und geben Sie eine Prise Salz und einen EL Zucker hinzu. Sobald die Milch kocht, stellen Sie den Herd auf die niedrigste Hitzestufe. Rühren Sie den Milchreis so lange (ca. 30 Minuten) bis dieser eine schöne cremige Konistenz hat. Zum Schluss noch mit einem Schuss Sahne auflockern.
