BULGUR - Bio, Grober Bulgur aus der Türkei

Sie brauchen mal etwas Abwechslung und wollen mal etwas anderes statt Reis? Dann probieren Sie doch mal Bulgur. Dieser stammt aus ökologischem Anbau und besteht aus gedünstetem, getrocknetem und grob zerkleinertem Hartweizengrieß. So bietet Bulgur eine wunderbare Reisalternative zu Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse und Salat.

Zubereitung (klassisch/ 2 Portionen):

Geben Sie 1 Teetasse Bulgur in einen Kochtopf. Fügen Sie die 1,5 fache Menge Wasser und eine Prise Salz hinzu. Erhitzen Sie alles auf höchster Stufe. Sobald das Wasser kocht, stellen Sie den Herd auf die niedrigste Hitzestufe und lassen das Ganze bei geschlossenem Deckel 20 Minuten quellen. Zum Schluss können Sie den Bulgur noch mit etwas Olivenöl beträufeln.
