Kokosblütenzucker ist eine natürliche Süße aus den Tropen. Dieser wird aus dem reinen Saft der Kokosblüte gewonnen. Mit seinem feinen Karamellaroma ist er das ideale alternative Süßungsmittel. Der Rapunzel Kokosblütenzucker wird von indonesischen Bauern in traditioneller Handarbeit hergestellt und ermöglicht zahlreichen Familien ein festes und geregeltes Einkommen.

Die Blütenknospe der Kokospalme wird angeschnitten, dort tritt Kokosblütensaft aus. Der Nektar wird in einem Behälter aufgefangen und anschließend aufgekocht, um die Kokosblütenzuckerkristalle zu gewinnen. Zum Schluss wird der Kokosblütenzucker getrocknet, gesiebt und abgepackt.

Ideal für Desserts, Backwaren, heiße Getränke oder Cocktails.
