BASMATI REIS - Traditional Basmati (Bio) aus Indien, Himalaya

Der Bio Basmati Reis von der Sorte Traditional Basmati ist ein Langkornreis und wird in Indien (Himalaya) angebaut. Der Basmati Reis ist zudem absolut sortenrein. Das besondere Aroma von Basmati Reis passt einfach hervorragend zu Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse.

Zubereitung (klassisch/ 2 Personen):

Geben Sie 1 Teetasse Reis in ein Kochtopf und waschen Sie den Reis zwei Mal durch. Fügen Sie die 1,5-fache Menge Wasser (1,5 Teetassen) und eine Prise Salz hinzu. Lassen Sie den Reis 10 Minuten einweichen. Stellen Sie den Herd auf die höchste Hitzestufe. Sobald das Wasser kocht, stellen Sie den Herd auf die mittlere Hitzestufe und lassen es 15 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel köcheln bis das Wasser verdampft ist. Fügen Sie zum Schluss noch ein Stück Butter hinzu.
