ROTER REIS - Bio Rosso Integrale aus Italien (Pimont)

Roter Reis ist eine Besonderheit. Durch den Anbau auf sehr tonhaltiger Erde, ist immer nur eine begrenzte Menge verfügbar. Der Rote Reis ist jedoch auch eine Besonderheit auf dem Teller. Die schöne rote Farbe von jedem einzelnen Korn und das erdige Eigenaroma verleihen jedem Gericht eine ganz eigene Note.

Diese Delikatesse wird nach Biorichtlinien in Italien angebaut und ist absolut sortenrein. Roter Reis passt wunderbar zu Fisch, Fleisch oder zu Gemüsegerichten.

Zubereitung:

Das Reis-Wasser-Verhältnis beträgt 1 zu 2. Kochen Sie den Reis in einem Kochtopf ca. 40 Minuten lang.
