Für eine original bergische Kaffeetafel braucht es die richtigen Waffeln. Mit dieser Mischung gelingen die Waffeln ganz einfach und schnell. Natürlich haben wir auch für diese Mischung wieder frisch gemahlenes Dinkelmehl aus unserer Mühle. Hochwertiger Vanillezucker mit echter Bourbon-Vanille und etwas Reinweinstein Backpulver dürfen natürlich auch nicht fehlen. 

Die Backmischung ergibt ca. 10 leckere Waffeln (Herzchenwaffeln).

Für die Backmischung wird benötigt:

125g Butter
3 Eier
1 Prise Salz
200 ml Milch 

Tipp: Waffeln können auch wunderbar eingefroren werden. Im Toaster können die Waffeln dann wieder aufgewärmt werden und sind wieder schön knusprig.
