Produktinformationen "Dinkel Brötchen Backmischung (510g)"

Mit unserer Dinkel Brötchen Backmischung gelingen herrlich duftende Brötchen für Ihr Frühstückstisch. Wir setzen dabei wieder ausschließlich auf hochwertige Zutaten. So verwenden wir unser frisch gemahlenes Dinkelmehl, welches wir aus RheinBauern Getreide herstellen. Feinstes Meersalz (ohne Rieselhilfen) und eine Kleinigkeit Hefe runden die Backmischung ab.

Die Backmischung ergibt ca. 9 helle Brötchen und wird über Nacht angesetzt. So bekommt der Teig ein tolles Aroma und kommt auch mit wenig Hefe aus. Eine genaue Anleitung finden Sie auf der Rückseite der Verpackung. 

Für die Backmischung wird benötigt:

300ml lauwarmes Wasser
20g Olivenöl
