JASMIN REIS - Bio Vollkorn Jasmin Reis, Sorte: Thai Hom Mali aus Thailand

Jasmin Reis ist bekannt für das leicht blumige Aroma. Dieser Jasmin Reis ist ein Vollkorn Reis mit angenehmen Biss und passt hervorragend als Beilage zu Fisch, Fleisch oder zu Gemüsegerichten. 

Der beliebte thailändische Duftreis stammt aus ökologischem Anbau und ist absolut sortenrein. Der Jasmin Reis ist zudem gänzlich naturbelassen und ungeschält.

Zubereitung (klassisch / 2 Portionen):

Geben Sie 1 Teetasse Reis in einen Kochtopf. Waschen Sie den Reis zwei Mal durch. Fügen Sie die 1,5 fache Menge Wasser hinzu. Lassen Sie das Ganze 10 Minuten einweichen. Erhitzen Sie den Topf auf höchster Stufe. Sobald das Wasser kocht, reduzieren Sie die Hitze und lassen Sie den Reis auf mittlerer Hitzestufe und geschlossenem Deckel 15 Minuten köcheln (bis das Wasser verdampft ist). Fügen Sie 1 Stück Butter hinzu.
